Alessandro Obino

I graduated in Communication Sciences and in 1998 I founded Blucomfort (previously called Com.For.T. – Formazione Comunicazione Telematica).

From 2000, I started the planning of industrial educational and training sectors, deepening the constructionist model and its practical application.

In 2003, I projected and developed PeTRA (Personal -Trainer), the learning Managament System used in distance training projects by FIAT, TNT, Cattolica Assicurazioni, Veolia, Policlinico San Matteo and by several training agencies.

In 2006 I became teacher at the “Digital imaging” course, promoted by Collegio Universitario R. Einaudi, credited by the Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Natural sciences of the University of Turin and by the III Faculty of the Polytechnic of Turin. With the same modalities, in 2009 I became teacher of “Video digital Editing and Postproduction” course.
Together with this activity, I participated to corporate professional courses, reaching 2000 hours teaching.

In 2007, I started my activity as consultant in Isvor, the corporate university in FIAT Group. I was responsible for planning different levels of educational interventions (from apprenticeship to internal trainers education) and also for the creation and production of didactic and motivational videos.
In this activity, I deepened in particular the internal model of human resources development, by realizing interventions in Mirafiori Carrozzeria plant. In 2010 I started to plan and develop the software system for People Development of Fiat Power Train Technologies.
